About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 9-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Perryopolis, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful relationship with the child and family.

This is a full-time overnight position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekends available. Nurses receive paid orientation and training, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
