About The Position

CarDon and Associates is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for Solarbron Terrace. LPNs provide high-quality care to residents across all shifts, support residents’ daily activities, and help ensure their comfort and well-being. The role works with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitors residents’ health, administers medications, and educates residents and their families. Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education to residents and their families.
