About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Weekend Option at Springs Valley Meadows. The position is on the night shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. LPNs build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their stories and using nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role works within a team to provide coordinated care and support residents’ needs. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, and teamwork.
