About The Position

Heritage Park is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a weekend option role on the night shift, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. LPNs build meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories and use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role is supported by clinical standards and processes, and is part of an organization committed to quality and excellence in senior care.

Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
