About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a weekend option, day-shift opportunity at Glenbrook. LPNs develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role supports high-quality senior care within an organization that emphasizes strong clinical standards, proven processes, and excellence. A $4-per-hour shift differential is offered.

Requirements

Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
