About The Position

The Utah State Hospital is looking for several caring, diligent, career-minded LPN's to join our team. At Utah State Hospital, LPN's work as part of the professional treatment team to offer compassionate care to mentally ill patients with a wide range of ages and abilities. We have the pleasure of working with the best staff, in a beautiful modern facility, situated on a picturesque campus at the foot of the Wasatch mountains.
Now offering a $2000 sign on bonus for new full time LPN's
(Payments will be paid out by the first six months of employment after signing a year commitment contract)

Requirements

• Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utah.
• You must successfully pass a criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients.
• Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift.
• Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated.
• Document in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the treatment team.
• Follow policies and procedures while providing care.
