Requirements

Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania
If possessing an active temporary practice permit, must obtain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse within one (1) year
Must be able to perform essential job functions
Satisfactory completion of a medical examination and a drug screening test
Satisfactory criminal history reports, including PA State Police and FBI clearance
