About The Position
Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring compassionate and high-quality support. Assist in assessing the needs of patients and their families, contributing to comprehensive care plans. Engage in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, adapting to individual patient needs. Effectively communicate patient care information and status updates to the RN/Charge Nurse.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
