About The Position
BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home health care to clients in the comfort and safety of their homes. The role uses clinical skills to help ensure clients receive the care they need, while working with a multidisciplinary team and supporting clients’ families. Part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Hold a current LPN license in good standing.
- Have a minimum of 4 months of Licensed Practical Nurse experience.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatrics experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments.
- Train and educate family members.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapy.
- Communicate with other members of the client’s multidisciplinary team.
