About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical care to clients in the comfort and safety of their homes. The nurse works with clients and their families and coordinates with the client’s multidisciplinary care team. Part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and client-specific training. BAYADA describes its environment as positive and stable and offers 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.
Requirements
- Hold a current LPN license in good standing.
- Have at least 4 months of Licensed Practical Nurse experience.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatrics experience is a plus but is not required; training is available through BAYADA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments.
- Train and educate family members.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapy.
- Communicate with other members of the client’s multidisciplinary team.
