Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Adult Trach & Vent
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one care to adult clients in their homes throughout New Castle County, Delaware. Nurses travel to a single client’s home for each scheduled shift and provide personalized care in a home setting. Private duty shifts are typically 8, 10, or 12 hours, with flexible scheduling. The role involves carrying out and documenting doctors’ orders, assessing and monitoring clients’ conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. Nurses are empowered to perform their skills autonomously in the home. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
Responsibilities
