About The Position

Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Travels to provide in-home healthcare services. This role offers the opportunity to build one-on-one patient relationships and enhance clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind. Travel nurses will be assigned to locations across the country based on client needs, with a current focus on New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, and Nevada. Nurses are not able to choose their location.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state(s) of practice
Licensed driver
Current CPR certification
Current TB test

Responsibilities

Provide in-home healthcare services to clients.
Enhance clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind.
Travel to various locations across the country based on client needs.
