About The Position

Our Wilmington Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the Wilmington, Jacksonville and Richlands region. Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) with hands-on care with only one client per day, building client relationships and watching their milestones. Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions, document observations, interventions, and evaluations, and feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
