About The Position

This is your calling for 1:1 Home Care! Our Fayetteville Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the Fayetteville region.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
