About The Position
Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-to-one in-home care for medically fragile children in Norristown, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. Angels of Care is a nurse-founded, clinically led organization that has served the medically fragile community since 2000. The organization’s mission is to provide children and young adults in need with high-quality home health care in a loving, caring, and professional manner. The position offers flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and PRN work, with 8–16 hour shifts. Pay starts at $30 per hour. Nurses receive paid training, access to a simulation lab, 24/7 clinical support, and support from a team. A resume must be submitted to be considered.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Ability to provide care in a home setting.

- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
