LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-to-one in-home skilled nursing care for medically fragile children in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The role includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient condition and completing assessments, supporting and educating families, and following each patient’s individualized plan of care. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling, with 8–16-hour shifts and flexible day, night, and weekend options. The advertised pay is $30+ per hour, with weekly pay and consistent scheduling. Paid training, a simulation lab, and 24/7 clinical support are provided.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Ability to provide care in a home setting.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience.
- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy (trach), ventilator (vent), or G-tube care.
