RN / LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct, one-on-one pediatric medical care in clients’ homes in Maricopa, Arizona, and surrounding areas. Nurses care for infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care established by a physician and other appropriate personnel. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends. Angels of Care provides pediatric home health services to medically fragile children and young adults. Requirements
- Hold an active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Provide care in a client’s home setting.
- Be able to make a positive and lasting impression.
Responsibilities
- Provide care focused on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes, following the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate patient care.
- Educate family members about the patient’s clinical care to support positive outcomes.
- Take preventive measures to protect the quality of patient care.
