About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Asheville, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The role centers on building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering individualized, high-quality care in the home setting. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with flexible scheduling and 8-, 10-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available. The listed pay range is $28–$33 per hour for LPNs and $30–$35 per hour for RNs. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Nice To Haves

- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care.
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.
- Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes.
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Respond appropriately to changes in a patient’s condition.
