LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-to-one in-home skilled nursing care for medically fragile children in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Nurses administer medications and treatments, monitor patients and complete assessments, educate and support families, and follow individualized plans of care. The organization provides paid training, simulation-lab training, and 24/7 clinical support. Flexible scheduling is available, with 8–16-hour shifts and full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. The role offers weekly pay and consistent scheduling.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Ability to provide care in a home setting.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience.
- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube care.
