About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a non-profit healthcare system in Helena, MT, to hire LPNs for clinic float and orthopedic opportunities. In this role, you will provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Opportunities include a flexible Clinic Float Pool (including PRN) and a dedicated Orthopedic Clinic.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing
Active Montana LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (re-certification every 2 years)
IV Certification required within 6 months of hire through an approved nursing education program or a pre-licensure nursing education program

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Conduct focused nursing assessments by collecting, documenting, and communicating patient information accurately and promptly
Monitor patient status, recognize changes or abnormal findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient comfort, wellbeing, and education
