Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - All Shifts
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide private duty skilled nursing care to adult and/or pediatric clients in Burlington County, New Jersey. Nurses travel to one client’s home for each scheduled shift and provide one-on-one care, building relationships with clients and supporting them across age ranges from infant to geriatric. Available shift formats include 4-, 8-, and 10-hour shifts, with flexible schedules. The role includes following up on, carrying out, and documenting doctors’ orders; assessing clients and monitoring their conditions; and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA describes its onboarding as personalized, with training and support from the clinical team. Benefits and benefit eligibility are subject to employment type.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.
- Have a passion for adult and/or pediatric care.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near the nurse according to an agreed schedule.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform client assessments and monitor client conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care and build relationships with clients.
