The role provides medical care to clients throughout admission, treatment, and discharge, while coordinating medication needs and collaborating with medical, clinical, and utilization review teams. Requirements

• Complete a minimum one-year diploma program after high school.
• Hold a current RN or LPN license to practice in the state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment, and discharge.
• Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and maintain clear medication logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and utilization review teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, tracking, and reporting for each client.
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings.
