About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring LPN’s/LVN’s to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the benefit of one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. You can create your own schedule, allowing time for school, travel, volunteering, or family activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as an LPN/LVN in an acute care setting or equivalent
- New graduate nurses will be considered
- Experience in home healthcare
