Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is opening a brand new Assisted Living Community and is hiring the team to launch it. This community is designed for both residents and caregivers, offering fewer residents per caregiver, time to know each resident individually, and a supportive team environment. The role is for individuals who are passionate about helping people and value a sustainable work-life balance.
Requirements
- Active South Carolina LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A positive, professional attitude and passion for senior care
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer and supervise medications accurately and on time
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Document care and physician orders in the EHR
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Med Techs and Nursing Assistants
- Respond to emergencies and support resident-centered care
