About The Position
White Springs Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead medication management and resident care in their Assisted Living community. This role involves overseeing the medication program, mentoring Resident Assistants, and serving as a key point of contact for residents' health and wellbeing within a family-style community. The position offers flexible PRN hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact on resident care.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a senior living environment

Responsibilities
- Administer and document medications per physician orders and state regulations
- Ensure timely medication administration and help coordinate resident prescription refills
- Communicate directly with physicians and healthcare providers on medications, treatments, and therapies
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems
- Supervise, support, and mentor Resident Assistants (RAs), fostering a positive team culture
- Step in to support Resident Assistant duties as needed
