About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered nursing care across two nearby Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role follows a consistent Monday–Friday schedule of 40 hours per week, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. The position rotates between the two communities: Week 1 includes three days at Location A and two days at Location B in Vadnais Heights; Week 2 includes two days at Location A and three days at Location B in North St. Paul. The LPN works closely with caregivers, leadership, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, compassionate, and personalized care. The role includes building relationships with residents and families, supporting residents with memory loss, and contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
Compassionate, resident-focused mindset.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
Reliable, organized, and committed to quality care.

Nice To Haves

Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience; experience is preferred but not required, and training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes to the care team.
Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
