About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care across two nearby Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The position follows a consistent Monday–Friday schedule of 40 hours per week, with no evenings, weekends, nights, or on-call responsibilities. The schedule rotates between the two communities: in Week 1, three days are spent at Location A and two at Location B; in Week 2, two days are spent at Location A and three at Location B. The LPN works closely with caregivers, leadership, and healthcare providers to provide safe, compassionate, personalized care. The role supports residents’ independence, dignity, and quality of life while building relationships with residents and their families. The employer says it is willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for senior care.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
Compassionate, resident-focused mindset.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
Reliable, organized, and committed to quality care.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes to the care team.
Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
