About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic Tier 2 provides nursing care in Adena Health’s ENT clinic under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, physician, or advanced practice provider. The role delivers safe, patient-centered care in accordance with clinical policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and the scope of practice established by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Tier 2 LPNs use fundamental clinical skills and frequently apply moderate- to advanced-complexity skills, with additional training and skill validation as needed. The position includes direct patient care, administrative functions, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations. The LPN is expected to provide compassionate, respectful, and effective care in keeping with the organization’s values.

This is a full-time, day-shift position at the Chillicothe ENT Clinic, with hours of 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation is an hourly rate based on years of nursing experience and education.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
• Successful completion of Adena’s skills assessment and written test annually.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• 1–2 years of medical office experience.
