About The Position
East Penn is seeking a Licensed Plumber to work at their main facility in Lyon Station, PA. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems and plumbing equipment in offices and industrial facilities. The role supports safe and efficient plant operations by ensuring systems such as water, steam, gas, and waste lines function properly. This is a 1st shift position working Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Wages start at $34.00-$40.00 per hour, with the potential for more depending on industry experience. Pay rates are determined by role, level, and location, as well as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
Requirements
- Journeyman Plumbing License Required
- 3+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of pipe systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Attention to detail and self motivated
- Mechanical Drive Systems

- Welding
- Basic Electrical Circuits and Electrical Measurement
- Basic Industrial Motor Control (480V)
- Basic and Precision Measuring
- Shop Equipment (saws, grinders, presses, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial piping systems, including water, steam, air, gas, and chemical lines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential failures
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine system checks
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, and equipment failures
- Install and maintain fixtures, valves, pumps, and related equipment
- Cut, weld, and assemble pipes using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain, repair, troubleshoot and install industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
- Repair and rebuild replacement parts for industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
- Welding Fabrication
