About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing skilled Licensed Plumbers to join their team. This is a 1099 contractor position where plumbers can earn an average of $60 - $90/hr. The company provides work through their network of single-family rental homes and property managers, with no referral or lead fees. Work orders are assigned and completed using the company's app. The labor payout for each work order depends on the scope of work, and Stellar collects a nominal marketplace fee for each completed work order. Payment is via direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Own truck and tools
- Registered with State Licensing Board (if applicable)
- 3+ years Plumbing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders assigned via the company app.
- Perform plumbing services for single-family rental homes.
