About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing skilled Licensed Plumbers to join their team. This is a 1099 contractor position where plumbers can earn an average of $60 - $90/hr. The company provides work through a network of single-family rental homes and property managers, with no referral or lead fees. Work orders are assigned and completed using the company's app. The pay for each work order depends on the scope of work, and Stellar Home Maintenance collects a nominal marketplace fee per completed work order. Payment is made via direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Own truck and tools
- Registered with State Licensing Board (if applicable)
- 3+ years Plumbing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders for plumbing services.
- Utilize the company's app for assigning and completing work orders.
