Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
About The Position
At Ivy Health, Physical Therapist Assistants can pursue professional tracks in mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. The role is part of a team providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Clinicians use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and spend more time with patients. The position offers resources, mentorship, career advice, and opportunities to collaborate with Hospital for Special Surgery and educational partners. The compensation range is $30–$40 per hour. Additional compensation may include student loan repayment, a sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance. Benefits are effective the first of the month following the start date.
Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the treating state is required.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
