Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
About The Position
Ivy Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is part of a team providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. PTAs can pursue professional tracks such as mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. The position offers access to mentorship, career guidance, and resources, with a focus on high-quality care and patient outcomes. The listed compensation range is $30–$40 per hour, with potential additional compensation through student loan repayment, a sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance. Requirements
- A license or pending license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the treating state is required.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
