About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will provide support.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist License required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
  • Ability to partner with a national therapy provider.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a startup clinic.
