About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, comprehensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will guide you through the process, ensuring confidence before opening your doors. This position is located in Illinois, with flexibility in clinic location based on partner preference.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
  • Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
  • Skills in leadership and team development.
  • Experience in recruiting and interviewing.

Responsibilities
