About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The position includes extensive pre-launch training in leadership, recruitment, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach. Experienced leaders will provide mentorship throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
  • Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
  • Serve as an Equity Partner in the clinic.
  • Contribute to decisions regarding clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
  • Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
  • Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
  • Develop and retain a team of clinicians.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
  • Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
