About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. The position involves training in leadership, team development, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will provide support before the clinic opens. The company utilizes AI documentation tools to reduce clinician documentation time and offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) and a De Novo Business School for clinic management. A Clinical Career Ladder incentivizes clinical accomplishments, and multiple residency and specialty programs are available.
