About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The position includes extensive training in leadership, team development, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building, with guidance from experienced leaders. A key feature is the use of ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool designed to reduce administrative time and allow for more quality patient interaction.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
  • Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care for every patient.
  • Ability to work closely with experienced leaders.
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities
