About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launches, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will provide guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist License required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Experience in clinic operations and financial management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
  • Shape the clinic from the ground up, including location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
  • Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
  • Manage clinic operations and financial management.
  • Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
  • Build and retain a strong team.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
  • Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
