About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launches, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist License required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Readiness to build and lead a startup clinic.
  • Willingness to become an Equity Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a startup outpatient physical therapy clinic.
  • Serve as an Equity Partner, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
  • Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
  • Develop and lead a team, including recruiting and interviewing.
  • Drive community outreach and referral growth.
  • Ensure patient care is world-class.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
  • Participate in training and development programs for clinic opening and growth.
