About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a clinic.
  • Willingness to be an Equity Partner.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in clinic leadership or management.
  • Previous experience in opening or growing a business.
  • Familiarity with outpatient therapy settings.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
  • Develop and manage clinic operations and financial performance.
  • Recruit, interview, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive clinic culture and ensure high patient satisfaction.
  • Engage in community outreach and referral growth activities.
  • Utilize AI documentation tools to reduce administrative time.
  • Participate in leadership training and development programs.
