You’ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup clinic.
- Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
- Participate in leadership and team development training.
- Engage in recruiting and interviewing.
- Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Conduct community outreach and referral growth activities.
- Build culture and retain teammates.
