About The Position
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Prior to launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will mentor new partners to ensure confidence before opening.
Requirements
- Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Ability to participate in comprehensive training programs.
- Commitment to patient care and team development.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup outpatient physical therapy clinic.
- Serve as an Equity Partner, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Utilize AI documentation tools to reduce administrative time and increase patient interaction.
- Participate in training programs covering leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach.
- Develop and manage clinic operations and financial performance.
- Engage in community outreach and referral growth initiatives.
- Foster a positive clinic culture and retain teammates.
- Work closely with experienced leaders for support and guidance.
- Achieve clinical accomplishments and progress through the Clinical Career Ladder.
- Provide therapy services utilizing a variety of programs, including those partnered with HSS.
