About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model that brings therapy, wellness, and medical providers together to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The position combines clinical therapy with care coordination and wellness check-ins. The therapist works collaboratively with residents, caregivers, and other providers, helping residents improve independence, confidence, safety, and satisfaction. The role offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, along with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, professional development, and cross-training.
Requirements
- Hold a current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline, including PTA.
- Have a passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults.
- Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.

- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
- Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
