About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults as part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The role supports senior living residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives through personalized care and collaborative services. The position combines therapy delivery with care coordination and wellness support. It offers a predictable schedule without late nights or constant driving, and opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, professional development, and cross-training. The role is part-time and works within a team-focused culture that values therapists and their relationships with residents and communities.
Requirements
- Current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline; for this role, a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults.
