About The Position

Relient Health is recruiting licensed Occupational Therapists for full-time, in-person, direct-hire permanent positions in South Carolina. Openings are available across multiple markets, including Lancaster, Saint Matthews, Scranton, Cheraw, and other locations. Depending on the specific opening, settings may include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health. These are not travel, contract, or PRN positions. The role is for licensed Occupational Therapists practicing within a rehabilitation department. Compensation is listed as $36–$44 per hour and varies by market, setting, and experience. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for or pending licensure.
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed South Carolina markets.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
Promote patient independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional tasks, mobility, and safety.
Document patient care using EMR systems in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards.
Collaborate with COTAs, rehabilitation staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers.
