About The Position

Diversicare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a center and its operations. The administrator is responsible for fostering excellence in patient and resident care, satisfaction, and financial performance; embedding Diversicare’s culture in daily operations; and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves developing industry relationships and leading community outreach, creating a business plan responsive to community and marketplace needs, and pursuing strategies to improve the center’s rating.

Requirements

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Experience in a post-acute care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision-making, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center.

Responsibilities

• Keep patients and residents at the center of every decision.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Embed all elements of Diversicare’s culture in the center’s daily operations.
• Ensure effective stewardship to meet budgetary commitments.
• Develop a business plan designed to meet community and marketplace needs.
• Ensure quality care and services are provided to patients and residents and meet the satisfaction of patients, residents, families, physicians, and other partners.
• Lead the center’s operations and pursue strategies to improve its rating.
• Develop industry relationships and lead community outreach efforts.
