About The Position

Atrium Centers is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee operations at Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation in Marion, Kentucky. Requirements

• Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license.
• 1–3 years of experience managing a healthcare or long-term care facility.
• Proven operations management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong supervisory skills, with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, including routine inspections.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with social workers to address residents’ emotional and social needs.
• Implement staff training programs on best practices in care techniques.
• Foster an environment that encourages resident engagement and participation.
