About The Position
Join Mass General Brigham as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. This per diem night position offers 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am) and a supportive environment to advance your LNA skills. The IMCU provides a manageable 7:1 patient ratio, flexible self-scheduling, exposure to diverse patient acuity, and strong nursing support. Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
- Collaborate with experienced nursing staff.
- Manage a patient load with a 7:1 ratio.
- Work with a variety of patients with diverse acuity.
