About The Position
The Courville at Manchester is a locally owned and operated senior healthcare community in Manchester’s North End. It is seeking dependable, caring, motivated, and energetic Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents. The role emphasizes person-centered care and a hospitality-focused environment. Positions are available part-time and full-time across several schedules: 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 6 a.m.–2 p.m.; 3 p.m.–11 p.m. or 2 p.m.–10 p.m.; and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Some schedules include every-other-weekend work, and weekend-only options are available for certain part-time positions. Shift differentials are listed for some schedules.
Requirements
- Hold an active New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or long-term-care experience is preferred; the employer is willing to train.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident conditions.
- Support nurses with routine patient-care tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Keep residents’ rooms and equipment clean and safe.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families.
- Follow healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
